ParcLife Vision

The Landscape

ParcLife homes have been designed to fit into a unique local environment.

Each home-building phase is creating its own local community surrounded by high quality landscaped streets and gardens. The thoughtful choice of lighting and street furniture promotes a safe and pleasant environment.

The streets and public areas are being created using the latest in urban design philosophy, known as Homezones.

Page and Park, one of the architects of ParcLife, pioneered the move to Homezones and say, 'The design principle gives people priority over cars, and allows for lots of open and green spaces. Our plans allow for a sense of enjoyment to be created throughout our living areas, making them ideal for families or for those wanting something a little more interesting than your average housing development.'

Homes have a mix of private and public landscaped gardens and overlook secure, communal courtyards. There is access to shared gardens which have their own secure gated entry. There are plenty of green spaces for children to play.

Homes have easy links to walkways, cycle routes and bus stops together with a good supply of on-street parking places.
